Vehicle Order Terms & Conditions - Personal Contract Hire (PCH)

Stage 1 – Vehicle Order - Terms & Conditions

1. A non-refundable administration fee of £180.00 inc VAT is charged at point of order and payable by card for our brokering services.
2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle ordered meets their required specification and is fit for required purpose.
3. The vehicle supplied will be of standard specification for the model unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation form (OCF). Please ensure that your exterior and interior colour choices and any required options are documented on the order confirmation form before signing and returning.
4. Delivery dates are estimates supplied to Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd at point of order via the supplying dealer and may be subject to change and are outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery timescales.
5. Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any fees paid should there be an increase in funding and/or manufacturing price increase beyond our control or should the vehicle no longer be available.
6. Any cancellation will only be acknowledged and acted upon in writing. It is your responsibility to ascertain that the cancellation has been received. In the event of this order being cancelled by yourself for any reason other than stated above or failing to take delivery / return documents within the specified time, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £360.00 inc. VAT to Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd. This fee is for the cancellation of the vehicle only as no cancellation fee applies to the finance order (see below). By signing your order confirmation form you authorise Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd, in the event of a cancellation to take the full cancellation fee from the card details provided at the point of order.

Stage 2 – Finance Order - Terms & Conditions

1. A full copy of the lenders contracts and terms and conditions will be forwarded to you once the order is placed and prior to delivery.
2. Your order is subject to credit approval, and should this change at any stage Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd reserve the right to cancel your order.
3. It is essential that all terms and conditions of your finance agreement with the nominated lender are fully understood and adhered to including servicing, maintenance and de-hire charges to the vehicle. Charges will apply if this is not adhered to, Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd will not be responsible for any breach of the terms and conditions or issues that result in charges being applied.
4. In the event of a cancellation prior to delivery no cancellation fees will be charged for cancellation of the finance order.

By signing the vehicle order and finance order you are authorising and instructing Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd to secure / order a vehicle immediately with our nominated UK dealership and this forms no part of your legal finance agreement and contract with the funder. Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions under any circumstances. Please be aware that the finance contracts will over-ride the order confirmation form. Please ensure you check the finance contracts thoroughly when they are issued.

This is a legally binding contract to Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Ltd, sign only if you wish to be bound to the terms and conditions outlined above.
