This website if owned and operated by Central (UK) Vehicle Leasing Limited, whose principal place of business is at 1 Badhan Court, Castle Street, Hadley, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 5QX (referred to as “Central”, “us”, “our” or “we” in this statement) for the information of visitors (referred to as “you” or “your” in this statement) to our website.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you are using our website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and thereby have entered into a legally binding contract. If you disagree with any of our terms and conditions, then please cease from using our website.
Central reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time and reserve the right to do so without prior notice.
All orders are subject to an administration fee of £150.00 + vat payable when the order is placed to secure your vehicle. All fees are detailed at quoting and order stage for transparency.
All finance companies have an excess mileage charge which is expressed as pence per mile and will be chargeable at the end of your contract should you go over your contracted mileage, please refer to your contracts for the excess mileage charge, this will also be outlined on your order form when you order your vehicle. The majority of contracts allow you to travel over your agreed mileage amount only charging you the pence per mile stated on your order form, however other contracts have a tiered excess mileage charge and only allow you to travel up to a pre-determined amount before a higher excess mileage charge is applied. You will need to refer to your finance contract for full details of the excess mileage charges applicable and what the cost will be to you.
If a cashback if offered on any of our leasing deals, then Central will pay the customer after the vehicle has been delivered and the contract has been set live by the finance company. This amount is intended to be used as a contribution towards the initial rental stated on your contracts. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply bank details (sort code and account number) via email so that this cashback can be done.
Refers to cars available in the UK for delivery within approx. 2-4 weeks after receipt of all completed contracts and after any necessary cooling off period has expired. The vehicles may be physical at the dealership, within the dealer group or at the local UK port awaiting transportation to the dealership.
Delivery of stock cars are subject to change by the manufacturer, and Central cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the manufacturer or any other circumstances outside Central’s control.
Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

The prices quoted exclude VAT for business contracts and includes VAT for personal contracts unless otherwise stated. VAT is applicable at the current rate and should this change before delivery of your vehicle then the new VAT rate will apply.
All vehicles include delivery by the dealership to a UK mainland destination, number plate and vehicle registration charge. Please note that you will be advised if there are any extra delivery charges prior to the order being processed by us.
All vehicles are supplied with the Road Fund Licence for the full term (if applicable).
Central reserves the right to change the price either before or after an order is accepted. Central will notify you of such a change and you have the right to cancel your order if the charge is not acceptable without any charges.
Prices on our website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Central capable of an acceptance by you.
Prices that have been quoted may vary depending upon vehicle colour. The price difference can be due to finance companies setting different residual values on certain paint colours.
An administration fee of £150.00 + vat is chargeable on all orders and payable prior to the order been placed. Credit card payments incur an additional 3% surcharge. There is no charge for debit cards or BACS payments.
For dealer contribution deals, a portion of the initial rental is paid by the supplying dealer and the customer must pay the remaining amount direct to the finance company. The breakdown of such a payment will be visible at the point of order.
An order for a vehicle with Central
When Central have received all correctly completed and signed finance agreements; payment of the administration fee and any other fees that may be applicable and the vehicle is in stock Central will arrange delivery of your vehicle to you chosen destination in UK mainland free of charge. However, some delivery destinations may incur an additional charge, we will advise of this charge prior to you completing the finance documentation.
The finance company will allow up to 100 miles to arrange delivery of your vehicle, this will not count towards your pre-agreed contracted mileage. Additional mileage above 100 miles may be deducted from your contracted mileage subject to the finance provider we are using for your contract.
All vehicles are driven to you required delivery destination free of charge, however some dealerships may deliver on a transporter at their own cost should they so wish to but this is not normally the case. Should you request to have your vehicle delivered on a transporter then we can get a price from the dealership and will inform you accordingly of this additional charge.
Delivery dates are estimates supplied to Central at point of order via the supplying dealer and may be subject to change and are outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery timescales. Any delivery timescale provided does not provide a commitment from Central that the vehicle will be delivered within the timescale provided.
Central have no control or influence over manufacturer lead times and will not accept any responsibility for any losses or inconvenience caused because of a delay from the manufacturer.
Mandatory cooling off periods relating to the finance agreement are in place for all vehicles. Vehicles will not be delivered until the cooling off period has expired.
It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the vehicle. Please note that the hirer obtaining finance must be the main policy holder or a named driver on the insurance certificate.
Any cancellation of a vehicle will only be acknowledged and acted upon in writing. It is your responsibility to ascertain that the cancellation has been received. If you cancel an order between the point where we have committed to a specific vehicle and delivery then our policy is to charge a cancellation fee of £300.00 + vat.
